2 Zaalikal Kitaabu

ذٰلِكَ الْكِتٰبُ لَا رَيْبَ ٻ فِيْهِ ڔ ھُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِيْنَ 
ذَٰلِكَ : That 
  ٱلْكِتَٰبُ : (is) the book
  لَا : no
  رَيْبَۛ : doubt
  فِيهِۛ : in it 
 هُدًى : a Guidance

  لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ : for the God-conscious 
Zaalikal Kitaabu laa raiba feeh; hudal lilmuttaqeen 
This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah.
