اَلَآ اِنَّھُمْ ھُمُ الْمُفْسِدُوْنَ وَلٰكِنْ لَّا يَشْعُرُوْنَ
أَلَآ : Beware,
إِنَّهُمْ : indeed they
هُمُ : themselves
ٱلْمُفْسِدُونَ : (are) the ones who spread corruption,
وَلَٰكِن : and but
لَّا : not
يَشْعُرُونَ : they realize (it).

Alaaa innahum humul mufsidoona wa laakil laa yash'uroon
Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not.
