13 Wa izaa qeela lahum

وَاِذَا قِيْلَ لَھُمْ اٰمِنُوْا كَمَآ اٰمَنَ النَّاسُ قَالُوْٓا اَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَآ اٰمَنَ السُّفَهَاۗءُ ۭاَلَآ اِنَّھُمْ ھُمُ السُّفَهَاۗءُ وَلٰكِنْ لَّا يَعْلَمُوْن
وَإِذَا : And when
  قِيلَ : it is said
  لَهُمْ : to them
  ءَامِنُوا۟ : Believe
  كَمَآ : as
  ءَامَنَ : believed
  ٱلنَّاسُ : the people
  قَالُوٓا۟ : they say
  أَنُؤْمِنُ : "Should we believe
  كَمَآ : as
  ءَامَنَ : believed
  ٱلسُّفَهَآءُۗ : the fools
  أَلَآ : Beware
  إِنَّهُمْ : certainly they
  هُمُ : themselves
  ٱلسُّفَهَآءُ : the fools
  وَلَٰكِن : and but
  لَّا : not
  يَعْلَمُونَ : they know
Wa izaa qeela lahum aaminoo kamaaa aamanan naasu qaalooo anu'minu kamaaa aamanas sufahaaa'; alaaa innahum humus sufahaaa'u wa laakil laa ya'lamoon
And when it is said to them, "Believe as the people have believed," they say, "Should we believe as the foolish have believed?" Unquestionably, it is they who are the foolish, but they know [it] not.
