206 Wa izaa qeela

وَاِذَا قِيْلَ لَهُ اتَّقِ اللّٰهَ اَخَذَتْهُ الْعِزَّةُ بِالْاِثْمِ فَحَسْبُهٗ جَهَنَّمُ ۭ وَلَبِئْسَ الْمِهَادُ
وَإِذَا : And when
  قِيلَ : it is said
  لَهُ : to him
  ٱتَّقِ : "Fear
  ٱللَّهَ : Allah,"
  أَخَذَتْهُ : takes him
  ٱلْعِزَّةُ : (his) pride
  بِٱلْإِثْمِۚ : to the sins.
فَحَسْبُهُۥ : Then enough for him
  جَهَنَّمُۚ : (is) Hell -
وَلَبِئْسَ : and surely an evil
  ٱلْمِهَادُ : the resting-place.
Wa izaa qeela lahuttaqil laaha akhazathul izzatu bil-ism; fahasbuhoo jahannam; wa labi'sal mihaad
And when it is said to him, "Fear Allah," pride in the sin takes hold of him. Sufficient for him is Hellfire, and how wretched is the resting place.
