ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ ذٰلِكَ ۚ فَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهٗ لَكُنْتُمْ مِّنَ الْخٰسِرِيْنَ
ثُمَّ : Then
تَوَلَّيْتُم : you turned away
مِّنۢ : from
بَعْدِ : after
ذَٰلِكَۖ : that.
فَلَوْلَا : So if not
فَضْلُ : (for the) Grace
ٱللَّهِ : (of) Allah
عَلَيْكُمْ : upon you
وَرَحْمَتُهُۥ : and His Mercy,
لَكُنتُم : surely you would have been
مِّنَ : of
ٱلْخَٰسِرِينَ : the losers.
تَوَلَّيْتُم : you turned away
مِّنۢ : from
بَعْدِ : after
ذَٰلِكَۖ : that.
فَلَوْلَا : So if not
فَضْلُ : (for the) Grace
ٱللَّهِ : (of) Allah
عَلَيْكُمْ : upon you
وَرَحْمَتُهُۥ : and His Mercy,
لَكُنتُم : surely you would have been
مِّنَ : of
ٱلْخَٰسِرِينَ : the losers.
Summa tawallaitum mim ba'di zaalika falawlaa fadlul laahi 'alaikum wa rahmatuhoo lakuntum minal khaasireen
Then you turned away after that. And if not for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy, you would have been among the losers.
