قَالُوا ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّنْ لَّنَا مَا لَوْنُهَا ۭ قَالَ اِنَّهٗ يَقُوْلُ اِنَّهَا بَقَرَةٌ صَفْرَاۗءُ فَاقِعٌ لَّوْنُهَا تَسُرُّ النّٰظِرِيْنَ
قَالُوا۟ : They said,
ٱدْعُ : "Pray
لَنَا : for us
رَبَّكَ : (to) your Lord
يُبَيِّن : to make clear
لَّنَا : for us
مَا : what
لَوْنُهَاۚ : (is) its color."
قَالَ : He said,
إِنَّهُۥ : "Indeed, He
يَقُولُ : says,
إِنَّهَا : 'Indeed it is
بَقَرَةٌ : a cow
صَفْرَآءُ : yellow,
فَاقِعٌ : bright
لَّوْنُهَا : (is) its color,
تَسُرُّ : pleasing
ٱلنَّٰظِرِينَ : (to) those who see (it).'
ٱدْعُ : "Pray

رَبَّكَ : (to) your Lord

قَالَ : He said,
إِنَّهُۥ : "Indeed, He
يَقُولُ : says,
إِنَّهَا : 'Indeed it is
بَقَرَةٌ : a cow
صَفْرَآءُ : yellow,
فَاقِعٌ : bright
لَّوْنُهَا : (is) its color,
تَسُرُّ : pleasing
ٱلنَّٰظِرِينَ : (to) those who see (it).'
Qaalud-'u lanaa rabaaka yubaiyil lanaa maa lawnuhaa; qaala innahoo yaqoolu innahaa baqaratun safraaa'u faqi'ul lawnuhaa tasurrunnaazireen
They said, "Call upon your Lord to show us what is her color." He said, "He says, 'It is a yellow cow, bright in color - pleasing to the observers.' "
