70 Qaalud-'u lanaa rabbaka

قَالُوا ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّنْ لَّنَا مَا هِىَ ۙ اِنَّ الْبَقَرَ تَشٰبَهَ عَلَيْنَا ۭ وَاِنَّآ اِنْ شَاۗءَ اللّٰهُ لَمُهْتَدُوْنَ

قَالُوا۟ : They said,  
  ٱدْعُ : "Pray  
  لَنَا : for us  
  رَبَّكَ : (to) your Lord  
  يُبَيِّن : to make clear  
  لَّنَا : for us  
  مَا : what  
  هِىَ : it (is).  
  إِنَّ : Indeed,  
  ٱلْبَقَرَ : the cows  
  تَشَٰبَهَ : look alike  
  عَلَيْنَا : to us.  
  وَإِنَّآ : And indeed we,  
  إِن : if  
  شَآءَ : wills  
  ٱللَّهُ : Allah,  
  لَمُهْتَدُونَ : (will) surely be those who are guided."

 Qaalud-'u lanaa rabbaka yubaiyil lanaa maa hiya innal baqara tashaabaha 'alainaa wa innaaa in shaaa'al laahu lamuhtadoon

They said, "Call upon your Lord to make clear to us what it is. Indeed, [all] cows look alike to us. And indeed we, if Allah wills, will be guided."
