وَمَثَلُ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا كَمَثَلِ الَّذِيْ يَنْعِقُ بِمَا لَا يَسْمَعُ اِلَّا دُعَاۗءً وَّنِدَاۗءً ۭ صُمٌّۢ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لَا يَعْقِلُوْنَ
وَمَثَلُ : And (the) example
ٱلَّذِينَ : (of) those who
كَفَرُوا۟ : disbelieved
كَمَثَلِ : (is) like (the) example
ٱلَّذِى : (of) the one who
يَنْعِقُ : shouts
بِمَا : at what
لَا : not
يَسْمَعُ : (does) hear
إِلَّا : except
دُعَآءً : calls
وَنِدَآءًۚ : and cries -
صُمٌّۢ : deaf
بُكْمٌ : dumb,
عُمْىٌ : (and) blind,
فَهُمْ : so they
لَا : not
يَعْقِلُونَ : understand.
ٱلَّذِينَ : (of) those who

ٱلَّذِى : (of) the one who

Wa masalul lazeena kafaroo kamasalil lazee yan'iqu bimaa laa yasma'u illaa du'aaa'anw wa nidaaa'aa; summum bukmun 'umyun fahum laa ya'qiloon
The example of those who disbelieve is like that of one who shouts at what hears nothing but calls and cries cattle or sheep - deaf, dumb and blind, so they do not understand.
