188 Wa laa taakuloo

وَلَا تَاْكُلُوْٓا اَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتُدْلُوْا بِهَآ اِلَى الْحُكَّامِ لِتَاْكُلُوْا فَرِيْقًا مِّنْ اَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ بِالْاِثْمِ وَاَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ
وَلَا : And (do) not  
  تَأْكُلُوٓا۟ : eat  
  أَمْوَٰلَكُم : your properties  
  بَيْنَكُم : among yourselves  
  بِٱلْبَٰطِلِ : wrongfully  
  وَتُدْلُوا۟ : and present  
  بِهَآ : with it  
  إِلَى : to  
  ٱلْحُكَّامِ : the authorities  
  لِتَأْكُلُوا۟ : so that you may eat  
  فَرِيقًا : a portion  
  مِّنْ : from  
  أَمْوَٰلِ : (the) wealth  
  ٱلنَّاسِ : (of) the people  
  بِٱلْإِثْمِ : sinfully  
  وَأَنتُمْ : while you  
  تَعْلَمُونَ : know.
Wa laa taakuloo amwaalakum bainakum bilbaatili wa tudloo bihaaa ilal hukkaami litaakuloo fareeqam min amwaalin naasi bil ismi wa antum ta'lamoon (section 23)
And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly or send it [in bribery] to the rulers in order that [they might aid] you [to] consume a portion of the wealth of the people in sin, while you know [it is unlawful].
