اَلشَّهْرُ الْحَرَامُ بِالشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ وَالْحُرُمٰتُ قِصَاصٌ ۭ فَمَنِ اعْتَدٰى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاعْتَدُوْا عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدٰى عَلَيْكُمْ ۠ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَاعْلَمُوْٓا اَنَّ اللّٰهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِيْنَ
ٱلشَّهْرُ : The month
ٱلْحَرَامُ : the sacred
بِٱلشَّهْرِ : (is) for the month
ٱلْحَرَامِ : the sacred,
وَٱلْحُرُمَٰتُ : and for all the violations
قِصَاصٌۚ : (is) legal retribution.
فَمَنِ : Then whoever
ٱعْتَدَىٰ : transgressed
عَلَيْكُمْ : upon you
فَٱعْتَدُوا۟ : then you transgress
عَلَيْهِ : on him
بِمِثْلِ : in (the) same manner
مَا : (as)
ٱعْتَدَىٰ : transgressed
عَلَيْكُمْۚ : upon you.
وَٱتَّقُوا۟ : And fear
ٱللَّهَ : Allah
وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ : and know
أَنَّ : that
ٱللَّهَ : Allah
مَعَ : (is) with
ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ : those who fear (Him).
ٱلْحَرَامُ : the sacred
بِٱلشَّهْرِ : (is) for the month
ٱلْحَرَامِ : the sacred,
وَٱلْحُرُمَٰتُ : and for all the violations
قِصَاصٌۚ : (is) legal retribution.
فَمَنِ : Then whoever
ٱعْتَدَىٰ : transgressed
عَلَيْكُمْ : upon you
فَٱعْتَدُوا۟ : then you transgress
عَلَيْهِ : on him
بِمِثْلِ : in (the) same manner

ٱعْتَدَىٰ : transgressed
عَلَيْكُمْۚ : upon you.
وَٱتَّقُوا۟ : And fear
ٱللَّهَ : Allah
وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ : and know
أَنَّ : that
ٱللَّهَ : Allah
مَعَ : (is) with
ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ : those who fear (Him).
Ash Shahrul Haraamu bish Shahril Haraami wal hurumaatu qisaas; famani'tadaa 'alaikum fa'tadoo 'alaihi bimisli ma'tadaa 'alaikum; wattaqul laaha wa'lamooo annal laaha ma'al muttaqeen
[Fighting in] the sacred month is for [aggression committed in] the sacred month, and for [all] violations is legal retribution. So whoever has assaulted you, then assault him in the same way that he has assaulted you. And fear Allah and know that Allah is with those who fear Him.
