222 Wa yas'aloonaka

وَيَسْــَٔـلُوْنَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيْضِ ۭ قُلْ ھُوَ اَذًى ۙ فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاۗءَ فِي الْمَحِيْضِ ۙ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوْھُنَّ حَتّٰى يَـطْهُرْنَ ۚ فَاِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَاْتُوْھُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ اَمَرَكُمُ اللّٰهُ ۭ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُحِبُّ التَّـوَّابِيْنَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِيْنَ 

وَيَسْـَٔلُونَكَ : And they ask you  
  عَنِ : about  
  ٱلْمَحِيضِۖ : the menstruation.  
  قُلْ : Say,  
  هُوَ : "It  
  أَذًى : (is) a hurt,  
  فَٱعْتَزِلُوا۟ : so keep away (from)  
  ٱلنِّسَآءَ : the women  
  فِى : during  
  ٱلْمَحِيضِۖ : the menstruation.  
  وَلَا : And (do) not  
  تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ : approach them  
  حَتَّىٰ : until  
  يَطْهُرْنَۖ : they are cleansed  
  فَإِذَا : Then when  
  تَطَهَّرْنَ : they are purified,  
  فَأْتُوهُنَّ : then come to them  
  مِنْ : from  
  حَيْثُ : where  
  أَمَرَكُمُ : has ordered you  
  ٱللَّهُۚ : Allah."  
  إِنَّ : Indeed,  
  ٱللَّهَ : Allah  
  يُحِبُّ : loves  
  ٱلتَّوَّٰبِينَ : those who turn in repentance  
  وَيُحِبُّ : and loves  
  ٱلْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ : those who purify themselves.

Wa yas'aloonaka 'anil maheedi qul huwa azan fa'tazilun nisaaa'a fil maheedi wa laa taqraboo hunna hattaa yathurna fa-izaa tatah-harrna faatoohunna min haisu amarakumul laah; innallaaha yuhibbut Tawwaabeena wa yuhibbul mutatahhireen

And they ask you about menstruation. Say, "It is harm, so keep away from wives during menstruation. And do not approach them until they are pure. And when they have purified themselves, then come to them from where Allah has ordained for you. Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves."
